Great tips. I used to sleep with my phone under my pillow. I know, pretty dumb! Now I keep it on the other side of the table away from me. I don’t have electrical sensitivities, but I’ve met people who have, so it’s something I’m mindful of.
Thanks for the comment. I have done many harmful things to… live and learn.. Mindfullness is the only way to have a less toxic life 🙂
