Media detox versus benefit Media diet
The hard thing is to balance the use of media in the life of HSPs. On one hand I know me and one of my children need media to calm down and to stop thinking. On the other hand we are more suspectible to the material than others. Violent content makes us more aggressive, bad news depresses us, sad stories make us cry and sad for days….
So the balancing act is content wise, things that nourish the mind not depress it. The second big question is how much of it is good and when is too much?
